What areas do you cover?
We cover the whole of the UK but the majority of our clearance services are carried out in East Sussex: Bexhill, Eastbourne, Edenbridge, Hailsham, Haywards Heath, Heathfield, Lewes, Polegate, Seaford, Tunbridge Wells, Uckfield.
How does it work?
You contact us and we provide you with a quote. We will arrange a date and time with you and we will turn up at the agreed time on the day arranged. We assess the clearance to ensure it has been accurately described to us. Then we clear the property to your satisfaction with no stress or complications. Upon completion of any work carried out, to your total satisfaction, you will be provided with an invoice and will make payment as agreed.
What can you clear?
We can clear almost everything both domestic and commercial, from bric a bric, clothes, furniture and junk. We can clear garden sheds, garages and outbuildings. We can remove and clear bathroom suites and fitted kitchens, white goods and carpets. We can remove cars, motorbikes, caravans and boats.
What can’t you clear?
Legally we can not dispose of:
• Chemicals (Oils, petrol and painting fluids)
• Gas cylinders
• Bricks, rubble, soil
• Asbestos and any other hazardous material
We can supply free advice as to how to go about the safe removal of these hazardous substances and we can also supply you with containers or bags to help on the day of the clearance. Please ask for further details.
What size are your vehicles?
We operate a range of vehicles to suit the size of the clearance. Please let us know if there is difficult access at either address as this will allow us to plan your move with smaller vehicles or make the necessary arrangements to transship your goods.
Do you buy any items?
Yes. We do sometimes pay for some items and can offset the price against the cost of clearance.
Are you a Registered Waste Carrier?
Yes. We hold an Upper Tier Waste Carriers Licence issued by the Environment Agency.

Where does it all go?
We pass any reusable items to charity. The items that can not be reused will be forwarded to a pro recycling centre where they will be re-cycled and re-used in some way.
What days do you work?
We work 7 days a week.
How long wil the job take?
We arrive at a property at the agreed time and we work until the job is completed. Most properties can be cleared within a day, however more cluttered or larger properties may require extra days to clear.
Can you clean the property once it has been cleared?
Yes. We can provide a general cleaning service, this includes any remaining carpets vacuumed or floors swept, all surfaces cleaned.
Do I need to be present on the day of the clearance?
No. We will be happy to collect the keys for the property from an estate agent, solicitors or even a neighbour. Alternatively you can post the keys out to us recorded delivery and we will post them back to you after the job is completed, or leave them on the premises if required. |
